In keeping with the policy and principles of PMI Ltd, and its founders Morty Moosavi and John Parkin, please be advised that PMI has severed all links with a Middle East company, named Call Shop.
It came to our attention that Call Shop, an account of ours, has been airing the unlicensed programming of the INStyler infomercial. Furthermore, not only were they broadcasting a copied version of the program unauthorized, they have also been distributing to customers an inferior, poor quality, non-original item.
When asked to cease and desist, their retort was not only to not comply with this request but to attempt to circumvent the legitimate rights of the licensed distributor and broadcaster by offering a commission/royalty to PMI to enable them to continue..........This offer was immediately rejected.
Despite repeated requests to stop they have continued to do so and therefore we have decided to:
(a) Cease all trading with them with the full range of programs and products previously supplied and
(b) Refuse to offer them any new items going forward
As you all appreciate, relationships and reputations have to be won and earned in this industry, something companies like this have little or no understanding of. After over 25 years each in this business Moosavi and Parkin appreciate it is for these very reasons that the strong honest survive and the dishonest eventually leave the business, sooner rather than later........besides "knocking us off today, then it could well be you tomorrow".
In an effort to protect all our interests we have decided this was the best and correct option to take.
