• Provide DVD of Programming for Review
• Forward completed Data Sheet from PMI (costings/lead times/FOB port etc)
• Provide sample(s) for Q&A
• Appraisal outcome
• Dry Test of Programme
• Order Placement

Note: Following receipt of DVD and Samples PMI will communicate with supplier regarding programme testing within a timely fashion, currently less than 20 days.

Trade Terms
Deposit: 50% of Invoice total with P.O.
Balance: 50% balance prior to goods departing from factory

Note: PMI reserve the right to visit factories with or without their authorized agents and Suppliers agree to third party independent testing of consignments if requested, at the expense of the Distributor.
